Destruction by Ice
Destruction by Ice
Fire and Ice
by Robert Frost, 1874–1963
From Harper’s Magazine, December 1920
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To know that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

I've been interested in trying some more abstracts, once again using color as a key element. Instead of water this time, I'm focusing on homemade colored ice sheets.
