Hanover’s (Pennsylvania) Sheppard Mansion hosts dinner on Wednesday through Saturday evenings under the direction of Chef Andrew Little. This 1913 mansion has been converted to a full-service inn utilizing most of the first floor as dining and food preparation areas.

Seatings for dinner begin at 5:30 PM, but much of the preparations at the dining tables were already in place upon my arrival at 4:30.
