While the kitchen was hopping before the meal, the other staff were also busy preparing. Karen Van Guilder, the Restaurant Manager, met with the waitstaff to make sure that last minute details were covered.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that there are over 2.2 million people in the United States employed in a related field. I can guarantee that of those numbers, very few are as professional and knowledgeable as the staff at the Sheppard Mansion. Excellent service all around.
