Visual Realia is the online presence of Andrew T. Smith. The Visual Realia site originated with a photography blog often focusing on nature, macro, black and white, and food photography. The primary site was updated to this new format in mid-2016.
Andy's photography work has appeared in juried shows and an exhibit of his works was the feature of the main gallery of the Adams County Arts Council in February of 2016. Visit the Photography page (via the link at the top of each page or click here) for more information.
The primary focus for artworks has now shifted to the production of clay monoprints. Use the monoprint link at the top of each page to see examples, or check out an introductory article at this link.
The Visual Realia Studio in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, has works in both the clay monoprint and photograpy mediums. Visitors can also schedule times to learn how to create a monoprint, with each participant leaving with their own, unique print.
Andy earned Google's "Trusted Pro" status in 2017 based upon meeting the expectations and standards in photographing 360 degree panoramas. Contact Andy if you'd like to discuss having your business photographed for Google Maps or their other associated sites and apps, as web as placement in your own web site.
Inside Hanover was established to support the Hanover community when possible and specifically the downtown area. News can be followed via the Inside Hanover Facebook page.
